• Preventive Maintenance Plans - WNS 540 PTO 3G

    Before Compressors’ Start-up, Check:

    • If all parts are correctly installed
    • If all the mechanical parts are tight and properly positioned
    • If the alignment and the belt tension is correct
    • If the Air Filter Elements are free and clear
    • Check if the oil level on the dipstick is between the minimum and maximum
    • If the manometer marks {0,0 (zero)} bar
    • Verify the existence and placement of Retention Valve
    • Verify the existence and placement of Safety Valve
    • Rotate at the Power Take (PTO) according to the Compressor (Direction / Rotation – RPM)

    Before Compressors’ Start-up, Check:

    • If it is possible to visually detect some kind of leak (air and/or oil)
    • If all parts are secure and mechanically positioned
    • If the air compressor does not present any unusual vibration.
    • Check if the oil pressure is always between (1,2 bar and 3,5 bar)
    • Check if the air discharge temperature is correct.
    • Never stop compressor with: wagon / silo / -> pressurized.

    Every 75 hours of operation / 01 month of use -> whichever comes first

    • Filing the Air Filter Element
    • Complete oil level with the correct lubricant, if necessary.

    Every 150 hours of operation / 03 months of use -> whichever comes first

    • Replace Air Filter Element
    • Complete oil level with the correct lubricant, if necessary.

    Every 300 operating hours / 01 years of use -> whichever comes first

    • Replace the lubricant oil: (Code: 3244.0120) (5 liters)
    • Replace the oil filter: (Code: 3234.0501) (01 piece)
    • Replace Air Filter Element: (Code: 3230.1450) (02 pieces)

    Every 900 hours of operation / 03 years of use -> whichever comes first

    • Suction and discharge valves verification, cleaning if necessary
    • Axial seals verification, replace if necessary
    • Cylinder Head seals verification, replace if necessary
    • Compression set verification, replace if necessary,
    • General equipment repair according to the torque table.

    Every 1800 hours of operation / 06 years of use -> comes first

    • Valve set replacement
    • Gaskets and seals set replacement
    • Rotating set replacement
    • Compression set Replacement
    • Internal crankcase cleaning
    • Compressor general painting using special ink for high temperature
