{"id":416,"date":"2014-10-08T22:34:42","date_gmt":"2014-10-08T22:34:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/workair.com.br\/manutencao\/?lang=en"},"modified":"2015-08-19T15:59:55","modified_gmt":"2015-08-19T18:59:55","slug":"manutencao","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/workair.com.br\/?page_id=416&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Maintenance"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul class=\"accordion accord1\"><li><a href=\"#\" class=\"opener\"><strong>Preventive Maintenance Plans - WNS 540 PTO 3G<\/strong><\/a><div class=\"slide-holder\"><div class=\"slide\"><div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Before Compressors\u2019 Start-up, Check:<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>If all parts are correctly installed<\/li>\n<li>If all the mechanical parts are tight and properly positioned <\/li>\n<li>If the alignment and the belt tension is correct<\/li>\n<li>If the Air Filter Elements are free and clear<\/li>\n<li>Check if the oil level on the dipstick is between the minimum and maximum<\/li>\n<li>If the manometer marks {0,0 (zero)} bar<\/li>\n<li>Verify the existence and placement of Retention Valve<\/li>\n<li>Verify the existence and placement of Safety Valve<\/li>\n<li>Rotate at the Power Take (PTO) according to the Compressor (Direction \/ Rotation &#8211; RPM)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Before Compressors\u2019 Start-up, Check:<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>If it is possible to visually detect  some kind of leak (air and\/or oil)<\/li>\n<li>If all parts are secure and mechanically positioned<\/li>\n<li>If the air compressor does not present any unusual vibration.<\/li>\n<li>Check if the oil pressure is always between (1,2 bar and 3,5 bar)<\/li>\n<li>Check if the air discharge temperature is correct.<\/li>\n<li>Never stop compressor with: wagon \/ silo \/ -> pressurized.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Every 75 hours of operation \/ 01 month of use -> whichever comes first<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>Filing the Air Filter Element<\/li>\n<li>Complete oil level with the correct lubricant, if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Every 150 hours of operation \/ 03 months of use -> whichever comes first<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>Replace Air Filter Element<\/li>\n<li>Complete oil level with the correct lubricant, if necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Every 300 operating hours \/ 01 years of use -> whichever comes first<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>Replace the lubricant oil: (Code: 3244.0120) (5 liters)<\/li>\n<li>Replace the oil filter: (Code: 3234.0501) (01 piece)<\/li>\n<li>Replace Air Filter Element: (Code: 3230.1450) (02 pieces)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Every 900 hours of operation \/ 03 years of use -> whichever comes first<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>Suction and discharge valves verification, cleaning if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Axial seals verification, replace if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Cylinder Head seals verification, replace if necessary<\/li>\n<li>Compression set verification, replace if necessary,<\/li>\n<li>General equipment repair according to the torque table.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_blue\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Every 1800 hours of operation \/ 06 years of use -> comes first<\/p><\/div><ul class=\"list list3\">\n<li>Valve set replacement<\/li>\n<li>Gaskets and seals set replacement<\/li>\n<li>Rotating set replacement<\/li>\n<li>Compression set Replacement<\/li>\n<li>Internal crankcase cleaning<\/li>\n<li>Compressor general painting using special ink for high temperature<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"karma_notify message_yellow\" style=\"font-size:13px;\"><p>Note: Aggressive and contaminated environments can change the schedule above.
